Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 January 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Poket Library and its digital downloads at poketlibrary.com. Poket Library is operated by Condere (company in formation), 1207 Geneva, Switzerland. By using the Service or buying a kit, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Service, ordering or downloading any resource, you confirm you are at least 18 (or have a guardian's consent) and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Products and digital downloads

We sell digital products — guides, ebooks, spreadsheets, checklists, templates and kits — delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. We try to keep descriptions accurate but do not warrant they are error-free.

3. License to use

A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. Unless stated otherwise, you may not:

  • resell, redistribute or sublicense the resource;
  • share download links or files publicly;
  • claim authorship of the materials;
  • use the materials to build a competing product.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on each product page (in CHF or another supported currency) and are processed by third-party payment providers. Completing a purchase authorises the listed charge. Poket Library is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added and the prices shown are final.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, design and downloadable materials remain the property of Poket Library or its licensors. Your license does not transfer ownership.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Resources are provided for general, practical purposes and are not professional financial, legal, medical or psychological advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poket Library is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Questions about these Terms? Email info@poketlibrary.com.

7. Right of withdrawal (digital content)

Our products are digital content supplied immediately. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal (for example as a consumer in the EU/EEA), you expressly agree that delivery begins as soon as you complete your purchase and you acknowledge that you lose any such right of withdrawal once the download is made available. This does not affect the voluntary refund offered in our Refund Policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the seat of the operator in Geneva, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
