1. How to request a refund
Send an email to info@poketlibrary.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. That's the only step — there is no form to fill in. We usually reply within one business day.
2. When you're eligible
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- the product is faulty, corrupted or cannot be downloaded, and we can't resolve it;
- the product materially differs from its description;
- you were charged in error or more than once.
3. Processing time
